South Summit State

Sorry it's been so long. Life has been really busy.

Well, my cousins - Tanner and Brayden - play for the football team at South Summit, and Joel and I hadn't gone all year to see them play. So, we decided to go to see them play for the state title last month. It was a really tough game, not to mention that at halftime there was an incredible downpour of SNOW! It was so so COLD! It was snowing so hard that they had to scrape the yard lines every 5 minutes! I had a scarf wrapped around my face, and at the end of the game all of my make up had run down my face and stopped at the top of the scarf. AWESOME! HUGE black stripe on my face. The score ended up being 0-7 for San Juan. Tanner and Brayden played so incredible! I had no idea that Tanner was SO fast! I was so proud of them :) Next season, we'll have to go and see some more games! LOVED IT!

Abi's Birthday

So, for Joel's grandmother's birthday, we all pitched in and got her some....MARIACHIS :) I LOVE Mariachis! They are so entertaining and always look so awesome in their outfits! Joel's grandmother is one of the most kind-hearted women I've ever met! She's always been accepting and incredibly kind to me, and always goes out of her way to make sure that I feel happy. I really have appreciated her influence in mine and Joel's lives, and couldn't ask for a better example of doing well in spite of the hard times in life. Realize that I did take over 300 pictures so narrowing it down to 12 was VERY hard. Te queiro mucho Abi!

To the Best Husband in the Universe

Happy birthday to the best husband in the entire universe! He really is the best thing that has ever happened to me! I never imagined that being married could be so wonderful, and it is all because he is so wonderful. Today he is 24 years old, and I plan on spending the rest of forever loving him more and more every day. I love everything about him. There aren't words to explain how incredible he really is! No one could ever love him as much as I do, and no one could ever be more perfect for me than he is. I really love him more than anything in the world, and I wish him the best birthday and all of the happiness in the world! I love you sweetheart :)

Joel's grandmother's birthday is on Saturday. We are having a birthday party for her on saturday :) hopefully I'll get some good pictures from that as well.

August

Lots of pictures again...
So, August was quite the month. Some of you may know that we had some of our friends were in America's Got Talent. Hundreds of hours were put towards cutting music, practicing with them, coming up with ideas for set and music and costumes...etc. I was so excited for them! I actually got to go to the show twice, and it was really a lot of fun :) They did so amazing! They actually got into the finals, and did awesome!

While I was there, I also got to go to the temple grounds in LA. GORGEOUS! The temple is gigantic! TONS OF PICTURES!

This last picture is my favorite...my dad is standing at the base of the trees waving. That's how huge those trees are...

We also went to the Shakespeare Festival, like we do every year, and it was amazing, as usual :) not really any pictures because I can't take them of the plays..

So that's summer :)

Month of July

I know this looks long, but it is ALL PICTURES :)

July will filled with a LOT of time with my wonderful Hayford family! LOVE THEM SO MUCH! They came and stayed at my house twice, and we also went to parker's birthday party at Lagoon :)

Next, Spencer had SO many lacrosse camps! I just love lacrosse! He is just so good at it I love to go and watch him play :)

We also had an amazing weekend with the Powers going to Flaming Gorge! I totally think that we need to go boating with them more often! They are the best :) LOVE THEM!
