My sister, Nicolle, made an incredible decision this last year. She decided that she wants to be a nurse medic for the United States Army. I asked her why she wanted to join the Army, and she told me that she wants to "help heal wounded soldiers". These are some pictures from the airport before she left for basic training. I'm so proud of her for making such a tough decision - even though it wasn't tough for her. I have such incredible respect for her. She is doing something that I know I couldn't do. I actually didn't think the Army life would suit her, but it is a perfect fit. I am very proud to call her my sister and Best Friend.
