Recently Facebook has had this thing going on where you post a picture of a famous person that you look like. I've been mistaken for Lindsay Lohan a few times and Nicole Kidman twice. That's lame. I was not about to post a picture of a famous person on my Facebook page.
Then...it hit me.
You're name is Jessica Alba. Why don't you just post a picture of Jessica Alba. That would be funny, right? Sunday night I posted the picture. Monday afternoon = 51 friend requests and 2 messages.
"Hey Jess! Hows show biz? email me back"
"I know Valentines day was yesterday! ...next year."
So, I thought that 51 friend requests was funny. Not even close. I am now up to 246 new friend requests and quite a few messages.
Bennie from the Netherlands:

"I think your very beautiful and I like the work you do.You don't Hollywood blow up your head.Your very down to earth.Keep up the good work."
These are the messages that I have received so far.
What I have learned:
1. You would have to search for Jessica Alba on Facebook to be able to find me. People are actually searching for famous figures on facebook on a regular basis! Are these people nuts? What famous person really has the time to be able to update their facebook daily, or even would risk their safety by being a member on facebook. Who knows if the person is actually the one on the facebook profile - as seen by this occurance.
2. WHO CARES to be a friend with a famous person over the internet? I don't understand why would be cool if you were a friend with them in person, let alone on facebook.
3. No one in this world knows how to spell.
4. No one in this world has any sense of good grammer.
I had no idea that this would be the result of a picture change on my facebook.
By the way, my facebook does say that I am married to Joel Alba. You would people in this world would be a little bit more sensible. Oh well. I got a kick out of it :)
I'm trying for 500!
